Description
The Slim silhouette is pretty much a staple when it comes to jeans. Basically, the slim jean's history is tied to denim's shift from workwear to a fashion staple, influenced by youth culture, rock 'n' roll, and changing trends. It's stayed a timeless piece in our wardrobes, adapting to the times while holding onto its original charm.
The Slim is a classic slim fit, featuring a low to medium rise that sits comfortably on the hips. It’s designed for those who prefer a streamlined silhouette, offering a tailored look with a slimmer profile. It’s not tapered, and it’s not skinny—it’s the ideal choice for anyone seeking a sleek, modern fit that feels effortlessly comfortable.
This style uses 14oz 100% cotton denim from Vidalia Mills from Vidalia Louisiana. Vidalia Mills not only weaves their denim in Vidalia but they sometimes grow a portion of the cotton crop there too. But whatever isn't grown there, is sourced from within the US. Fun fact, when Cone Mills shut down their US plant and decided to no longer produce in the US, Vidalia MIlls bought up all the shuttle looms and started their own denim operation.

Wear & Care
Raw denim is a blank canvas and how much you wear your garment will determine how quickly you start to see your own personal wear patterns. Your garment is an investment and in order to get the best price per wear out of it, follow these rules:
- You need a long length of time wearing your garment in order to chip away the indigo, revealing your own personal wear patterns.
- If you need to get them hemmed, we highly recommend you wait until you've broken them in and done your first wash. Hemming your jeans before you wash them could leave you with jeans that are too short. There will be a little shrinkage in the length after the first wash. So, get into doing a good cuff, show off that selvedge i.d.!
- Washing your garment too soon will stunt your fades and you’ll just end up with a boring, flat pair of jeans without dimension. Think, Obama throwing out the first pitch in those medium blue jeans. Yikes.
- When it's time to wash them- soak your garment in cold water and use a gentle detergent, washing them by hand. This take a little extra time but it’s worth it
- If you must wash it in the washing machine, don’t over fill the load, turn the garment inside-out and wash on the delicate cycle using cold water only.
- DO NOT PUT YOUR GARMENTS IN THE DRYER!!! We cannot stress this enough. Drying your denim will shorten the garments life expectancy tremendously. The combination of the high heat and the tumbling of the dryer breaks down the cotton fibers, affecting its durability
- If you experience a spill, we recommend spot cleaning, blotting with a damp cotton cloth. Try not to rub too much, you’ll rub away indigo and be left with a lighter spot than the rest of your garment
